James is a Senior Planner in the London office. He joined Boyer in May 2019 having previously worked for a number of other planning consultancies.
James primarily works in London and the South East and is involved in a wide range of projects ranging from large scale mixed-use development to single home extensions. James has a particular knowledge of the new airspace permitted development rights and advises client’s on how to maximise the value of their properties. James has a proven track record of managing projects for clients, and is enthusiastic and passionate about helping clients secure their planning permissions.
