Jess is a chartered town planner with 8-years experience in the private sector, acting on behalf of developers, funds and land managers. Jess has worked on a wide range of projects within London, the south-east and south-west. Jess has successfully negotiated complex planning applications across a range of sectors, including residential, logistics & data centers, hotels, education facilities and employment sites.
