Stuart is a Director in Boyer’s Wokingham office and joined us in 2022, prior to which he led Strutt & Parker’s Guildford Planning Team.
Stuart has over 20 years planning experience working in both the public and private sectors. He’s advised and led a wide range of projects - predominantly across the South East region - acting on behalf of developers, funds, registered providers and land owners. He has considerable experience of securing planning permissions at the local level and through the appeal process, and advising on site promotion through the local plan process.
Stuart has a track record of providing timely and reliable professional planning advice, and developing appropriate strategies to secure quality planning outcomes to meet client needs.
