Zoe is a Senior Planner based in Boyer’s London office. Zoe works on a variety of projects across London and the South East, including residential and commercial developments, student housing, and mixed-use schemes. Prior to joining Boyer, Zoe graduated from the University of York with a BA (Hons) in History and the University of Manchester with a Master’s degree in Planning. Alongside her studies, Zoe gained work experience in planning and development within the private and public sector.
