Success in Sevenoaks

The new houses are all zero carbon utilising the latest technology and high quality design.

Through the planning process, Boyer worked collaboratively with the project team to respond to officer comments and queries which involved the design, landscaping and biodiversity elements of the development.

This proposal demonstrates some of the key principles set out in the Planning White Paper (2020) which intends to maximise brownfield land, support nets gains of biodiversity and building family housing close to existing infrastructure. Furthermore these homes will be zero carbon in order to meet the future energy efficiency standards beyond 2025, without the need for further costly retrofitting work. Further information on the Government’s Planning White Paper which is currently being consulted upon can be found here.

We are delighted to have secured consent and look forward to seeing the completed scheme. Boyer are involved in numerous sites for the Wellington Pub Company throughout London and the rest of the country seeking to maximise the value of their assets.
