05th November 2019

Boyer was represented by Ian Long and Natalie Kent of the Midlands office at the RTPI Young Planners Conference held in Newcastle and Gateshead. The conference, titled ‘A Sense of Place: Planning and Identity’, was delivered across a number of informative workshops, seminars and walking tours, culminating in a spectacular gala dinner. Opening remarks were given by Ian Tant, current President of the RTPI, with delegates coming from across the nation and elsewhere in the world to network and share ideas on how to advance planning as a profession. Next year’s conference is to be held in Edinburgh and offers another opportunity to raise the profile of both the company and the members of staff who attend.
