Bethan is an Associate Director in Boyer’s Wales and West Office and is a dual-chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) and Town Planner (MRTPI).
Bethan has over 10 years’ worth of experience working on a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, including strategic site promotion and the coordination and submission of large-scale planning applications.
Bethan is also a member of Boyer’s EIA Team and prepares and coordinates EIA Screening and Scoping Requests, Environmental Statements and leads on the preparation of Economic Benefit Reports for Boyer.
Bethan is an enthusiastic and passionate planner, who brings both planning knowledge and commercial awareness to her projects.
