Daniel is a Chartered Town Planner in Boyer’s Wokingham team. Daniel’s work encompasses strategic site promotion, specialist need assessment and housing land supply work, and large-scale planning applications for residential, later-living, and mixed-use developments across England.
Before joining Boyer, Daniel worked in the Planning Policy teams of Local Authorities in Surrey. With this experience, he has an intimate knowledge of the Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan preparation processes, making him well-placed to advise on strategic site promotion.
Daniel has experience in preparing and presenting evidence at planning appeals in relation to Housing Land Supply Assessments and Affordable Housing Need Assessments.
