She leads complex planning proposals and advises on major developments, including sustainable urban extensions, logistics, science and enterprise parks, residential, commercial and heritage-sensitive schemes.
Jacqueline has significant experience in planning appeals, enforcement matters and acting as an expert witness. Known for navigating controversial and high-profile proposals, she has a proven track record of unlocking challenging sites, combining commercial judgement with a strong understanding of public-sector decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
