Boyer announces five promotions across the company

Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of Karen Charles and Grant Leggett to Executive Directors.    

Karen joined the business in 2016 and has been Head of the Wokingham office since 2017.  Grant joined the business in 2011 and has led the London office since 2016.

Karen and Grant will continue to lead their respective offices but will work more closely with Boyer’s Managing Director, Andrew Williams, overseeing the business.

Boyer is also delighted to announce the following staff promotions.

• Lawrence Turner – Associate Director to Director (Bristol office)
• Simon Barry – Associate Director to Director (Cardiff office)
• Michelle Quan – Associate Director to Director (Wokingham office)

Lawrence joined Boyer in 2021 and has been leading on large scale residential projects for our clients across the south-west of England

Simon joined Boyer as a Graduate Planner in the company’s Cardiff office and works across a wide range of projects in the residential, commercial industrial and hospitality sectors.

Michelle joined Boyer as a Senior Planner in 2016 and has extensive experience of working on large residential schemes for our clients in the Thames Valley.

These promotions are part of our business plan for the growth of Boyer and to support career progression at all levels.
