Boyer secured planning permission to redevelop a brownfield site in Reading to provide 9 new homes.

LPA: Reading Borough Council

Boyer’s Wokingham Office has successfully negotiated full planning permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and several light industrial buildings in Reading to secure the delivery of 9 new homes on behalf of Raywood Developments Ltd.

Boyer co-ordinated the submission and negotiation of the application and addressed key site constraints, which included impacts on local heritage assets, parking provision, flood risk, arboricultural impacts and neighbouring amenities.

We are delighted to have secured consent for Raywood Developments Ltd and look forward to seeing the implementation of this scheme.
