Major infrastructure project in Mansfield

Boyer Midlands have been instrumental in the preparation and submission of the application (including a Full Business Case) which had to be completed in just 8 weeks.

The Midlands office also obtained Reserved Matter Approval in just 6 weeks for the Phase 2 Infrastructure Road. The planning team, with assistance of colleagues in Development Economics, have been working closely with the LEP, Nottinghamshire County Council and Mansfield District Council to secure the funding on behalf of their client the Lindhurst Group.

The funding now will allow the release of land for a further 475 new homes (including 170 affordable), local centre (including shops, nursery, care home and health centre) together with employment land and a 2 Form Entry Primary School.
