Prior Approval - Southend-on-Sea

Utilising the permitted development rights, Boyer successfully secured prior approval for the change of use of the first and second floor of Alexandra House from office (Class B1(a)) to 6 self-contained flats (Class C3). This is our first project with this client and following this success Boyer has been instructed on further sites across London and the rest of the country seeking to maximise the value of their assets.

Listed Building Consent – London Borough of Ealing

Boyer has been working with a number of community facilities including places of worship across London. This month Boyer successfully secured listed building consent for the creation of high quality seminar and multipurpose room at the Ealing Christian Centre.

Ealing Christian Centre is a Grade II listed building situated on Northfield Avenue in Ealing. The property comprises a Grade II statutory listed building which is used as a place of worship but was formally used as a cinema. The property was first listed on 16th January 1974 for its special architectural and historic interest. The interior was designed by Theodore Komisarjevsky in Spanish style with a tent-like roof, corbelled projections like turrets on the side walls and Moorish arches.

We are delighted to have secured consent which will allow an underutilised lower ground floor to become a high quality seminar and multipurpose room to ensure the continued vitality of the Church within the Neighbourhood Centre and beneficial to the wider community.
