Successful Permission Secured

18th February 2020

On behalf Mitchells & Butlers, Boyer has recently secured listed building, planning and advert consent for the re-development of a Grade 2* listed building in central Bristol.

The project involved extensive refurbishment of the ground floor of a Georgian town house in Berkeley Square, Clifton. Detailed negotiations were held with the Planning and Conservation Officers at Bristol City Council, who finally accepted the proposals were a sensitive new addition to the external façade of the building.

Boyer continues to work on a number of projects throughout England and Wales and we look forward to a continued successful working relationship with Mitchells & Butlers.
