Jonathan is a Director and Head of Boyer South. Jonathan has around 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy and he recently joined Boyer after heading up his own Planning and Development Consultancy, which specialised in Urban Regeneration, Asset Review and large-scale residential development, including repurposing several golf courses.
Jonathan currently advises clients on a wide range of planning issues across all sectors. He has substantial experience leading some of the UK’s highest-profile and complex regeneration projects for local authorities, GLA Housing, joint venture clients, pension funds, developers and social landlords.
Jonathan provides a tailored technical, commercial and political approach to projects. He regularly advises clients on overarching strategies and bespoke programs to enhance planning prospects and accelerate project delivery.
Jonathan has also advised the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for SME Housebuilders on matters of funding, policy and process.
