Mandy is a Chartered Town Planner with over 15 year’s experience in both the public and private sector. Mandy works on a mixture of projects ranging from new dwellings to the promotion of larger strategic sites and applications for new urban extensions.
Mandy is experienced in project managing applications, preparing and submitting planning applications, negotiating with Local Planning Authorities, negotiating S106 agreements, preparing appeal documents and representing clients at Examinations in Public and Informal Hearings.
Mandy’s experience in both public and private sector helps her to approach each job with comprehensive knowledge, understanding, experience and commercial awareness.
