Boyer Success for Heritage Designer Homes in Kent.
Delighted that Boyer’s Design Team has assisted our clients Heritage Designer Homes with architectural services and has successfully secured full planning consent for nine 2 bedroom apartments at the former Snodland Clinic on the edge of the towns conservation area.
Having supported the NHS’s asset management team in the disposal of the site, Boyer Design were invited by Heritage Designer Homes to progress the initial designs to meet their ambitious growth plans.
The architectural design and massing of the scheme had to work with the site’s unique features being on the edge of the conservation area with views over Snodland Cricket Meadow. Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council granted consent under delegated powers and we are now looking forward to working with Heritage Designer Homes in the delivery of this site during 2021.
