Boyer's success in Waltham Forest
Boyer’s London Office has secured planning permission on behalf of Woolbro Homes for the redevelopment of 60 Larkshall Road in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
The proposal, designed by Lewis Stroud Architects, involves the demolition of existing building and erection of 9 high-quality dwellings. 5 of these units are larger 3-4 bedroom homes, specifically targeted to meet local housing needs.
As part of the proposals, Woolbro Homes will be providing financial contributions totaling £35,500. These aim to contribute towards local greening, ensuring biodiversity net gain, highway safety improvements and initiatives to encourage sustainable modes of transport in the local area.
