Joe is a Chartered Town Planner who joined Boyer as a Graduate in 2018. He has worked on a wide range of residential, later living, and mixed use projects across the south of England.
He is well experienced in preparing, managing and negotiating complex planning applications and appeals as well as successfully promoting strategic sites for development.
Joe applies his expertise and dependability to all his projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently and commercially.
