Therese is an Associate Director in the London office joining Boyer in January 2022. She is a chartered town planner with over 10 years’ experience in the public sector having worked in a number of local planning authorities in London and the South East. She has most recently worked in the Greater London Authority in both the Development Management and London Plan teams.
Therese’s experience includes assessing large-scale mixed use planning applications, negotiating complex legal agreements and liaising with London boroughs, landowners and other key stakeholders. She has extensive planning policy experience having drafted policies for local plans and guidance notes.
Therese is leading on a range of projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial schemes. She approaches her work in a professional and enthusiastic manner and is quick to build a rapport with clients, Councils and relevant stakeholders.
