This is the first Thames Valley Local Plan and Housing Delivery Test Update, and is informed by the latest Local Development Scheme for each authority area, as well as website updates and our own intelligence, We will update it quarterly.
 
Some key headlines are summarised below:
 
The Stage 1 hearing sessions for the Bracknell Forest Council Local Plan EIP are to start in mid-May;
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Borough Local Plan was adopted in February 2022 but is subject to a legal challenge in relation to two allocations;
Slough Borough Council have stopped work on their emerging Local Plan due to financial problems;
A Reg 19 consultation is anticipated on the Joint Oxfordshire Local Plan in Spring 2022; and
A Buckinghamshire Greenfield Call for Sites is anticipated in May/June 2022.
