Lucy is an Associate Director in Boyer’s Wokingham office. Lucy is a Chartered Town Planner, and since joining Boyer in 2017, Lucy has worked successfully on a wide range of projects in the south east including residential, mixed use and education schemes. This allowed her to gain extensive experience in a variety of work including preparing, negotiating and managing complex development projects, providing planning appraisals, undertaking planning appeals, and site promotions. Lucy works collaboratively with a wide range of clients and approaches all projects with enthusiasm and positivity, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and with expertise.

Boyer are advising the prestigious Wellington College on various projects within their large education campus in Berkshire, to support their programme of enhancements, which includes a wide range of new facilities.

Basingstoke Golf Course, Hampshire
Boyer submitted detailed representations on behalf of the Golf Club and gave evidence at the Examination in Public to secure an allocation in the Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan for 1000 homes.

Boyer promoted the Golf Club site through the emerging Local Plan for residential-led mixed-use development on behalf of the landowner, Luff Developments.
