Planning Success for Boyer's Midlands Office

Boyer Midlands are really pleased to have obtained full planning permission for 350 new dwellings on behalf of our client Persimmon Homes North Midlands on land situated off Northampton Road, Market Harborough.

The site was allocated in the adopted Harborough Local Plan but there were many technical difficulties to overcome in respect of highways and drainage. After over 2 years of protracted negotiations with Harborough District Council the application was approved at Planning Committee on Tuesday 15th June.

Thanks to all those involved but particularly to Boyer Design, Golby & Luck, Ramm Sanderson and Farrow Walsh.
