Mark Edgerley

Mark is an Associate Director, who joined Boyer in March 2020 and is based at Boyer’s Colchester Office.  Prior to Boyer, Mark worked at East Suffolk Council working on Local Plan documents and the introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. His experience at local planning authorities in Essex and Suffolk since 2002 enables Mark to offer a specialist understanding in the preparation of Local Plans, strategic sites, infrastructure requirements and CIL.  Mark works on a range of complex projects from individual change of use applications to large residential schemes for a variety of clients.  He has a positive and collaborative approach to all projects and seeks opportunities to deliver high quality outcomes.
