Mark is an Associate Director, who joined Boyer in March 2020 and is based at Boyer East. Prior to Boyer, Mark worked at East Suffolk Council working on Local Plan documents and the introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. His experience at local planning authorities in Essex and Suffolk since 2002 enables Mark to offer a specialist understanding in the preparation of Local Plans, strategic sites, infrastructure requirements and CIL. Mark works on a range of complex projects from individual change of use applications to large residential schemes for a variety of clients. He has a positive and collaborative approach to all projects and seeks opportunities to deliver high quality outcomes.

Boyer are acting as Planners and Masterplanners for a sensitively considered sustainable community at Wolsey Grange 2 to the south of the A1071 in Ipswich.
Coldharbour Road, Gravesend
In January 2018, Boyer acting as both Planning and Architectural consultant helped to secure reserved matters approval on behalf of Bovis Homes and Persimmon Homes for 400 homes and 7.5ha of new public open space on land off Coldhardbour Road, Gravesend.
Brightwell Lakes
Boyer’s Colchester Office and Boyer Design supported Taylor Wimpey East Anglia with the first Reserved Matters applications for their site at Brightwell Lakes in East Suffolk.
Land East of Bury Road, Stanton
Boyer’s Colchester Office and Boyer Design supported Bloor Homes Eastern with an outline planning application for their site to the East of Bury Road in Stanton, Suffolk.
Lawn Farm Business Park, Woolpit
Boyer secured Hybrid Planning Consent for a new commercial business park.
